To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my programme a lot, it helped me become more confident in my abilities and understand my potential. The environment at Bentley is amazing and they have always pushed me to develop both personally and professionally.

I've learnt a lot around project management and lifecycles, how to interact with different departments to give them a seamless experience

My programme was very well structured, i had a lot of support from other colleagues, management and my tutors to help me achieve my potential
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my manager, team and mentor, the whole work experience has been seamless and amazing
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

MMU was very good with support, they helped my get my dyslexia and dyscalculia diagnosis which offered me additional support and a new laptop with software to help me complete my assignments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it has helped me become a better colleague at work and helped support the knowledge i was being taught at Bentley. Some aspects weren't as relevant but this is to be expected and i still enjoyed it

I am part of the Be-Accessible network which is Colleague run and implements change and support for colleagues with mental and physical disabilities

The environment is amazing, everyone is so willing to help and support as well as being open-minded to world issues and how they can support.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bentley?
Be yourself, Bentley are very inclusive of uniqueness and individuality. The company will support you in any training, development or issues you have so never be afraid to speak up. If you apply, during the interview stage make sure to ask about their Diversity and Inclusion Strategy/Networks, it's truly amazing
