Leading the planning, performance, operations and commercial team. Daily interaction with team managers, wider stakeholders with reference to training plans and issues, major current project is summer readiness
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have found the programme challenging balancing work, a young family and study, i would have found it more enjoyable if i had done this straight after my last degree course

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes gained wider leadership awareness, broadening my understanding of change and strategy. Learnt new people and process frameworks that i could apply in my everyday role

the programme has structured online learning mixed with webinars the course would benefit from face to face tuition when covid restrictions allow
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i have regular meetings and get the required study time to support my learning
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have communicated back a few times the need for additional support particularly around adjusting back to academic writing and critical analysis skills, this would make the assignment writing easier and reduce the levels of stress
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it gives me a wider and different perspective it also allows me to develop new skills and re enforces previous understanding and knowledge
