I am an internal auditor and most of my day consists of writing reports and speaking to clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is extremely restrictive and internal politics means apprentices are always undermined.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremely poorly. Often don't here about important notices until extremely last minutes (including exams etc.) If you are an apprentice in Scotland, don't bother applying, they only focus on English trainees.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good Study leave and tuition (when in person). Otherwise it's very dependant on your team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Yes, plenty. Unfortunately these are team/office dependant.

Would you recommend KPMG to a friend?
No
Why?
Very low compensation compared to competitors and disregard for apprentices compared to graduates or experienced hires. We are expected to work far more, have knowledge than grads but often earn £10k less (and pitiful bonuses compared).
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
I'd avoid applying as an apprentice.
