Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves safely maintaining live aircraft, keeping them to an airworthy standard.
On a day-to-day basis I will be met with different challenges and jobs, from something simple like topping up the engine oils to replacing the fan blades on an engine!

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is challenging, but that’s what I was expecting! I enjoy it very much though as no two days are the same!

The training provider gave me a better understanding of the components I was working with.
So when changing a component I understand why I was changing it and what the component does!
