Leading a team of 24 direct reports, with annual turnover in excess of £115m and over 600 colleagues responsible in total. Leading and managing the team to deliver commercial budgets, implement change and developing others

Why?
i have worked for Co-op for twenty years and enjoyed it immensely, i have developed from boy to man. It has a real family feel i have met my partner and best friends in Co-op whilst developing and growing as a leader and more importantly as a person. Co-op encourages difference and being yourself and i have thrived in this culture and environment
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Co-op?
Be comfortable being you, be your best self and don't try to be someone else as Co-op will accept you for you and you can thrive. Its an amazing business
