I am shift supervisor in kfc Manchester
My role is to opening the restaurant and set up all the equipments and check there temps and make sure all those equipments are in working conditions and
My job is to make sure all the food quality is at its best condition and make sure that customer is happy with my restaurant .

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Lavel 3 Hospitality supervisor and my favourites extent is making notes and presentation fir my final exams .
To prepare my tasks in kfc for example I have to set target for team members to increase sales and Add ones .
Also need to get good experience from my customers those are part of my apprenticeship programs.

Yes KFC gave me much more confidence and I learn new skills in kfc I complete my Lavel - 1 apprenticeship and Lavel-2 apprenticeship and also I am just doing my Lavel 3 apprenticeship
I also passed my shift supervisor exams in kfc .
I have complete First Aid and Fire and safety training.
I have complete my health and safety and cash handling courses .

They are really professional always and 5 days a week my Tuitor provide me assistance .
When ever I feel help I always happy to contact .
I can give 10/10 marks for their performance .
There is always I get support and my Tuitor check my tasks every week and every month they give me follow up for my performance in apprenticeship

My employer had always good support for my apprenticeship .
My management Always give support and help to complete my apprenticeship.
They always arrange my rota accordingly to make sure I can complete my apprenticeship tasks.
I always received big help from my organisation and I am happy to give my company 10/10

I want to mention one thing in that way I am feeling lucky that I had really good Tuitor they always take care of me and help me a lot on my qualification .

I think honestly speaking ,I feel that my qualifications through my training provider gave me to perform much much better .

Kfc time to time organise extra curricular activities at my work like running competitions and also kfc organises Christmas parties and new year party every year .
They organise support and singing competitions to get more talented peoples to perform their activities .kfc also organise charity events to help local charities .
