Meeting bereaved families and make arrangements for the funeral. Selling funeral plans, masonry and other funeral products. Processing and creating invoices and building relationships with clients and third parties.

I have defiantly developed my knowledge of the funeral industry and my job role. I have also had more practise in areas I don't feel as confident in (such as masonry and finance). I feel a lot more confident

Since having learning support, I feel a lot more organised as I have weekly meetings with my apprenticeship leader and I know what deadlines I have coming up and what is expected by me.

From learning through my mentor and then also through the discussion exercises on the programme, I feel like I have found new and better ways of doing things
