Funeral arranger arranging funerals from start to finish. Dealing with bereaved families, the deceased, crematoriums, churches, ministers and officiants.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do not enjoy having to do keyskills. At the age of 48 I have survived this world with my GCSE's. Its a complete waste of time getting adults to complete keyskills.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt the coop way of arranging funerals, whereas before I worked for an independent funeral director. Continuing to look after families the best I can.

Seems to be ok apart from the computer systems which are convoluted and not user friendly.

I have not got that far into yet to be able to make that kind of decision.
