5/5
My role on a day-to-day basis in the Audit Financial Services department involves auditing client's financial statements in accordance with the auditing standards. Pre-COVID, there was face to face interactions with the client. Currently audits are being performed on a hybrid working basis
where client interactions are mainly through online platforms. The ultimate

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy my programme as I have any colleagues who are in my cohort and in my position. They are always ready to help if I have any questions and at the same time they are always asking me questions which I am also very happy to help with. My programme encourages networking
and there is plenty of social events to get involved with. I have never felt
alone at any point during the programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt several key skills required to effectively carry out an audit, I have learnt these skills through continuing professional development and through my studies. Working at the same time as studying has been very
reqarding for me as not only am I able to learn in a practical manner aswell,
but I also have opportunities to apply the knowledge that I am learning to
my work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is well organised and structured and the support networks within the programme is clear and always communicated. I have always felt confident to reach out if I had any questions. The programme is structured
in a way that everyone has a dedicated support function and any changes
in the support functions are notified to us well in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive regular support from my employer and I am never left in a position where I feel alone. My employer regularly communicates mental health support networks and opportunities to get involved in local community work. In regards to my studies, my employer is always available to help if there
are any questions which my tuition provider is unable to answer and is
always ready to provide additional support to help our academic
development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
There are several support networks from my training provider, from tutors to personal coaches whom one can reach out to if they require help with specific studies or general technical queries. The training provider also
reaches out at certain stages of the studies to ensure we have all the
support we require and this gives us an opportunity to ask further questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification teaches me the key principles of auditing and why audits are performed and how they help the users of the financial statements. This gives the background knowledge which makes my role more interesting and exciting. My qualification plays a key part in my development at work as it
provides me that added confidence to take on more complex and
challenging tasks and equips me with the necessary knowledge required.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
At work, there is regular communication about opportunities to get involved and help the local communities and various charities. There is also regular communication of joining network events and social clubs which is also very fun and interesting. We are also given the opportunity to create social clubs
and invite colleagues to join. This is very inclusive and allows those who
feel very passionate about something to make a difference.
