i have learnt numerous skills in regard to working on aircrafts and also the use of tooling to carry out the jobs upgrading my personal hand skills

any support i require my manager is on hand to help and if i cannot reach him his team are always available to help me
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my training provider was good during the time of covid when i had to work from home to do remedial for my exams but i feel that there could have been more done in terms of the delivery of the training to better my experience and be at a greater chance of passing my exams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my qualification allows me and helps me to understand the job i am doing safely and in the correct way
