Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As I am in the first year it has so far consisted of studying and exams. There’s a workshop and hangar phase where certain jobs are completed. It’s a great way to get experience.

Although it is very tough it’s very rewarding.

While I’ve been in this apprenticeship I’ve been constantly learning new skills, both in the workshop, hangar and classroom.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Most of the time there’s always something to do and the classroom timings are we’ll scheduled for the modules.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I could ever need.

They are always willing to help and won’t turn you away or make you feel bad for asking.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well. It’s a great experience here to get you into the hangar and learn about everything you’re doing.
