I am an Early Years Educator. My daily routine consists of providing activities to help prepare the children for nursery.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my programme so much. The team is amazing, such lovely and caring people. Also they help me when needed. My tutor is fantastic, always supporting me in any way!

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since I have been with Inspire ATA, I have developed my existing skills such as my communication skills, my team work skills and time management.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised, always planning sessions / meetings.

Whenever I need support, my employer is always there giving me the best possible solution.

I have had an amazing tutor who has really helped me through my experience. Her and all the staff have helped me perform better.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I have been provided with extra training, i.e phonic and maths. Also, I have been involved in supporting with sports days and trips. I have done holiday club as well.
