To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the idea of working whilst studying and getting paid for it all. Also, the culture at the company is great as everyone has been very welcoming and helpful to begin with.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my skills in excel alot. Also, have improved my communication skills too.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is quite well structured as we are given dates for everything well in advance hence are able to plan accordingly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is available literally anywhere at EY. Everyone is willing to help: Your counsellor, buddy, seniors, managers etc
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider has given us some useful resources along with providing college for us.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The things we learn in college generally relate to our working day, so yes it does help to an extent.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are. I also take part in some communities too, which are faith and rank based
