Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We have 6 month rotations in software, mechanical and electronic. I have done my software rotation which I worked in embedded software so I coded everyday. But I have now started my mechanical rotation which I will be working with harmonics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is very challenging but rewarding and I feel I have developed professionally and learned lots about the workplace.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt C, agile, CAD and I am going to be learning MATLAB.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We work for 3 days and have 2 academic days. All our training is scheduled for us for work days.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have a line manager and a technical mentor to help us in the workplace when needed. They are really helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We can talk to our lecturers whenever and we have tutors as well.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives us the underlying theory to help in the workplace for specific applications.

There are several clubs, sports clubs and we have social events every other week.
