BMW provides us with all the support we need we just need to ask the right questions and seek support. If you want support but don't seek it its unlikely you'll get it.

Swindon college tries their best to be as helpful as possible while we are working towards our qualification. They offer extra sessions for maths as it becomes difficult and other support for education can be found on site as well.

3/5
I feel that my qualifications do help to a certain degree. They've taught me the basic skills needed as we moved from the college into work life.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plentiful events that we are able to get involved with such as different charity events that are held, the mountain challenge, etc.
