I enjoyed working at Sky i think their could have been mroe support from seetec with the apprenticeship work

it was well structure but at first we struggled to get time off calls to do [apprenticeship work

a lot of support to do apprenticeship work and also when wanting to progress in your career

There was some support but someimes when things pop up and things happen within out of work life when we havent been able to attend a meeting or get work done, more understanding and support for this would have been appreciated

it gave me an understanding of the foundations of business and why we do what we do and how as advisors we are responsible for making sure we uphold sky values and what these values are

i would recommend sky as its great place to work and the support is endless from the leadership team and they always support you with any progression in your career as well.

just be yourself and enjoy the application process and you'll be successful :)
