I think the programme to begin with is slow in my opinion but outlook is great

It is quite well organised and structured

The support structure is great at the start of the apprenticeship. There is always senior staff ready to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from BPP is also great with a coach assigned and tutors replying often to questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the modules I have learnt haven't really seen much application in the work place so far, maybe this will increase as we work with more complex work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Coming out of covid has seen an increase in extra-curricular activities with office social events, travelling for in person training etc. Haven't seen anything about sports related activity in the Manchester office

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
Have a general underlying understanding of coding due to university modules (specific for degree apprenticeship). Speak to those who are in your role at the company
