Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Monitoring Service Delivery support desk and assigning work to Product Leads as appropriate and keeping requestors informed of progress via pro-active updates. Writing and running of simple reports and providing Tier 3 support to UPM Products assigned in Goals. Providing training to new UPM users.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship of being able to study and learn whilst on the job.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been trained in how to use SQL to write reports, instead of copying and pasting pre made reports I am able to build them myself.

Very organised, I have regular catch ups with my tutor every month and can reach out to them whenever.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, I can have time off whenever I need for my studies and my manager/team are very understandable towards my studies
