My role is to support the Global Retailer Network with complex customer concerns, providing support in diagnostics and security systems to allow retailers to perform procedures on vehicles in the field.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my job, the programme provided as it allows me to learn outside of work and also but the skills I am learning on the programme back into the business and the workplace.

I have learnt many skills such as, communication skills, team building, networking, literacy, problem solving, team working. All of these skill are used due to the wide variety of tasks and experiences I have in my role.

The programme is very well structured with allocated days set where you are able to focus on university work whilst working a full time job as well.

I receive a big amount of support from my employer as they understand the benefit to myself and themselves when providing the time to complete university work and support events.

I have a lot of support with Tutors and personal learning tutors that allow interact with me to make sure I have everything I need.

Yes there is many activities to get involved with which include work colleagues but also fellow trainees around the business come together and do activities all together.
