The program i work for is very organised. Spread sheets for everything and its all nice and tidy.

Although the pandemic stops us from doing a lot of social activities, we can still have those activities via teams.

Why?
They have helped me out in ways i would never of thought a company would do. They saved me from a place i was starting to feel my worst at. I cant thank them enough and i will always be proud to work for them.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
Do not be afraid. They will accept you like one of their own. It may be hard but it will get easier and dont be shy if you need help, they are very supportive. You will not regret working for LMP!
