The apprenticeship course did not provide any dedicated training for the first half of my apprenticeship which was not a good experience and a huge setback for my development. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is very passionate about his learners and wanting to help us get the most out of the learning experience. Had it not been for [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], I don't believe I would have been guided well enough, especially as I am now on track to achieve a distinction - thank you [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. Also, thanking [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] for identifying my potential during the height of the pandemic. You believed in me and I delivered as promised. You are both assets to LMP!

This area needs improvement in terms of the company's view on delivery especially as there are no courses like other providers which is a big disadvantage

The training is very wide ranging. It will help in future but only some parts actually applied to my role right now

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
Work hard, pay attention, work/study as much as possible including when you are at home - evening & weekends!
