Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Supervision of children during the day at breakfast, lunch, tea. Writing observations, setting targets for my key children, cleaning and maintaining a clean room, playing and interacting with the children.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it very much being able to interact with the children everyday and see them thrive.

My team leader taught me some helpful skills, and I also learnt to enhance some of the skills I already had such as patience, communication, compassion.
