Teaching assistant, worked with autistic children and run general activities in the classroom. supported the teacher and conducted interventions when needed. Supported children emotionally, physically and mentally to help get them to their goal. Worked with children in groups and both individually. Was there to monitor behaviour in the classroom
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Working at Davies Lane was horrible experience. Unprofessional and unsupportive staff and headteachers.
