Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had two days of learning about the company and what they do from employees and HR. Then we had a group presentation, buddy sessions with employees and finally an interview on the last day of the experience.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was extremely very insightful. I went there not having any interest in any roles in accountancy but learning from the firm I now would like to work in risk advisory.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was the most friendly environment ever! The people were very supportive right from the beginning and they answer all the questions with amazing honesty.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I hundred percent enjoyed the experience to be sincere. I met new friends during networking sessions and there were enough breaks to relax and reflect before going on to another activity.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BDO
My biggest tip would be to reach out to the employees on Linkedin. They are very friendly and always willing to connect and help. Secondly, I would highly recommend taking the moment to join the assessment training sessions that you attend before submitting the final applications as they share helpful tips there.
