Learned a lot of new skills to follow company procedures and make daily use of existing skills in writing to complete forms, observations and assessments.

4/5
Regular meetings with the tutor and a clear structure for the course is helpful. The SmartAssessor website used is a little unintuitive though.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
