Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently completing a BA Level 3 apprenticeship with Inspire ATA - my day to day role includes dealing with general enquiries from apprentices we employ. Creating holiday plans, ISLA, contracts of employment, DBS applications, collecting personal info, references etc. I also update all our spreadsheets that we use for safeguarding purposes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my role and programme thoroughly - my apprenticeship tutor is lovely and she supports me with anything & everything. Getting up in the morning and going to work does not feel like a task or I do not wake up and think " ah have to go to work again" I really enjoy my office.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since starting in May my skills have developed massively I am now 100% more confident in using excel and how to create new excel spreadsheets with filters. Inspire have helped my confidence grow so much not just self confidence but also confidence in the tasks I complete. My general computer skills are the best they have ever been - the way I word and construct emails.
