Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As stated, I am an Apprentice Business Administrator for LMP Education. I work on the European Social Fund (ESF) side of the organisation and I love it. It is a remote role so I am working from home. I do all things digital and help staff fulfil daily ESF tasks. I also help with learners who are on the program.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
There is no extent, although it is endless regardless. As I really enjoy my role and what it entails as well as the organisation (LMP) as a whole. The team are selfless and are outstanding in every possible way for helping me and guiding me as well as each other. I enjoy everything about my programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes. I have developed new skills as well as developing and enhancing the skills that I currently have. I have been trained thoroughly before starting my role to take a hold of new skills as well as upgrading the ones that I currently have through various training, experiences and courses.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
As usual, due to my first days there, the structure was not that well formed but that was due to myself being a new staff member and not the organisation themselves. As time went on, the structure began to become organised and well formed. Currently, the structure is in excellent order and I now know what is expected as well as knowing what entails.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I cannot fault LMP or my mentors and peers. They are excellent and have a high standard of support for and of everyone as they never judge or let anyone get into harm in any way, shape, or form. Let Me Play Education are absolutely outstanding for support and do everything within their power to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Let Me Play Education is my training provider. I processed through a traineeship with the provider and then onto an apprenticeship. LMP have helped me and guided me through to help get my qualifications. They have helped me when I became stuck, and when obstacles and issues did arise. LMP are extremely supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that my qualification helps me strongly to perform better within my role as the qualification is also for Business Administration. I know that the training matches the job role and description so I can then fulfil my duties to a high standard as well fulfilling my role and duties efficiently.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Absolutely. There many extra-curricular activities outside of work for the staff like social events, sporting events, conferences, special occasion parties (e.g. Christmas) and more! There also some for the learners as well as they can go to camps, social events, trips, days out, sporting events and lots more for learners to engage.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend LMP Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
This is out of the question. As I have stated before, Let Me Play Education are absolutely excellent for courses, training, apprenticeships, job roles and support whether it is on a 1 to 1 basis or case where it involves a group, a team, or just a select number of people.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
The advice that I would give to others applying to LMP group is to not be scared or nervous. The team are supportive in every way and will help guide and train to help people get their desired and their dream job. If it is not a job that people are after, they can help with other things like training and courses to help people gain jobs in the future.
