Level 2 apprentice, hair extension senior technician. I’m almost finished with my level 2 qualification in hairdressing which has been put back due to covid-19. I work in an exclusive hair specialist salon where I am stylist and senior extension technician.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very, although I think should be a wage increase for the over 25s as there’s more lifestyle commitments to take into consideration

My employer supports me through everything and is interested in where I am with my learning and is always pushing me to be the best I can be

My trainer always helps me in any way she can and is always providing me with a confidence boost when I’m struggling
