Answering the phone, booking appointments, filing checklists, managing flow of PT’ in and out surgery, handling monies, cleaning, locking up etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoy it, it’s a challenge and I’m looking forward to getting more stuck in, a lot of webinars can be tedious.

To begin with it was touch and go asking for extra documents etc ideally be good to ask for everything in one go, but now I’m signed up etc it’s excellent.
