The programme was enjoyable in the first few years, and then afterwards as you are more embedded you feel less on a 'programme' and more part of the work place.

The programme was very well organised and structured and then once you specialise in a business area you hear a lot less from the programme management team.

There is a lot of support, with formal reviews twice a year to help you improve your performance and then lots colleagues always available at any time to support you.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

BPP were very impressive but I feel they have struggled to adapt to COVID and the support has been less impressive over the last 6-12 months.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The exams definitely provide better accounting knowledge and improved my ability to write in a professional manner.

Yes, lots of sports and networking. Also lots of CSR to join in on.

Its a very good place to work in my opinion, you have to work hard but it is very rewarding, with good support. Its a very welcoming place to be.
