The role is challenging, motivative and rewarding, which involves planning, execution and finalisation of audit assignment, assisting other teammates by obtaining audit evidence, actively engaging with client while gathering evidence and studying towards professional qualification.

I learnt quite a lot technical skills regarding audit, for instance, different testing methods.

The programme I'm attending is very much about balancing the study and work at the same time, in this case BDO offers lots of flexibilities to support.

There is massive support available I would say to settle me in this organisation and study towards my professional qualification.

BPP is quite accountable and responsive for every queries we have. There is a dedicated mailbox available for all BDO trainees.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What I studies is very much linked to my daily tasks, so I have a good opportunity to practice what I learnt.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At the moment due to Covid-19, all these physical social activities have been postponed, but we do have some virtual social connections to help people feel less isolated.

BDO is a really good employer who cares about employees' wellbeing a lot, especially during this pandemic, BDO always ensure the health and wellbeing remain at the forefront of every decisions they made. Apart from this, working at BDO you will be encouraged to be yourself, that's really important for a good working experience.
