My role includes stock control and customer team member management to provide a pleasant service for all who wish to shop with us. I make sure that the shop is run efficiently and there is stock provided for customers.

I have learnt new skills for management including communication with colleagues and necessary tips on stock control and importance of legislation within shops

It was very well structured and my tutor was extremely helpful but receiving my certificate has been a let down unfortunately

Alot. Aaron Hunter was incredibly supportive and offered alot of time to help whenever I struggled. If I felt I was falling behind he always took time to discuss my options and what my best way to finish would be
