From an office point of view well-structured (My Newcastle based team), which i why i do enjoy my apprenticeship, but the apprenticeship program as a whole is poorly structured.

Do recieve some support but this is more just one shoe fits all in the form of emails and check-ins.

Why?
I think although it is tough for long periods of time, KPMG is still a great place to work and a fantastic place to progress your career.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
If your not willing to strap in, work hard and get hammered for 6 years in audit, don't bother.
