To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the programme as I get to work on loads of new and exciting projects and have a great team

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt so many new skills including how to code, analyse specific statistics, analyse the market. On top of this, I have developed my communication skills with clients.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well organised but to make the most out of it you can use your own initiatives to create further opportunities and improve the apprenticeship as a whole.

4/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer at different levels including my peer, line manager, team, wider department and the apprenticeship team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a good amount of support from the university but naturally the course is quite independent which allows you to fit the study around work. You often have meetings with the university and line manager which is a good connection to have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The course relates very well to my role so enable me to transfer my knowledge directly to my work and understand new terms and topics.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are many networks to be involved in whether it is just going along to the events or being part in organising them. You get time out of your working day to also volunteer which is great.
