I work full time and once a month I have a phone call with my mentor and get asked questions to do with the company and different business aspects
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, I did a business course in college and its similar to that course and I'm enjoying myself

I have learnt a couple of different things during the apprenticeship to do with how a business and how it operates and how different things can affect it

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is really well organised with the way the mentors are nearly always available to help even when you don't have a call with them, my mentor is always helping me when I need it
How much support do you receive from your employer?

whenever I have a queation or need help with anything to do with the apprenticeship or work there he always helps as best as he can or points me in the right direction of where I can get help from
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive plenty of help off my mentor, whenever I need it I can just send him a text and he always helps me
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

he helps me to understand within the business what type of person I need to be and how to change for the better to meet business standards, he relates to himself in his previous jobs as an example for me
