5/5
I think the programme is very well organised given the circumstances. All learning is available online, which you can access anytime, which is brilliant if you a busy parent. I am receiving great support from my employer every time I ask for help. My employer tries to let me to learn as much as possible. I love to learn new things, I am very ambitious and thriving when given the chance to learn new tasks. An apprenticeship is a great opportunity to do that.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is always happy to help, always available to answer any questions over the phone or email. He is very friendly and understanding. As a single parent, it is not easy sometimes to juggle the time between work, family life, and doing new qualifications. Appointments are always booked at my convinience.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Thanks to the apprenticeship programme I feel more confident as a team leader, I have learnt many new skills, I am calmer, I can manage stressful situations much better. I love to learn new things and I feel the apprenticeship program helped me a lot since I have started it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
At the moment in a pandemic crisis, we do not organize any extracurricular activities, which is a shame. Hopefully, we can soon start planning some events. We usually have a days outs, once or twice a year when all the team can socialize outside work or a little get together when we are going out for a meal.
