To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Time management - there is always so much going on, you do get quite a lot of work and so you may end up working late hours. This combined with studying and also having a social life can be tiring therefore it is important to be able to manage your time
Prioritization - As said before you can get quite a lot of work so it's important to be able to identify which tasks go where in the day and how to organize it all
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
Line manager - I have weekly meetings to discuss my work and also any concerns I have both in my work role and with my studies
Mentor - I have weekly meetings with my mentor for informal discussions where I can raise any concerns and for a general chat to help me relax
Apprentice team - I have frequent meetings with the apprenticeship team to discuss my progress and again any concerns I may have
