I feel I have had to learn how to manage work and social life. Especially as a school leaver finding the balance between work, exams and socialising is a challenge that you learn to perfect.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The structure of the programme allows you to become qualified in a suitable time frame although there is no flexibility on when exams can be taken

3/5
I feel the additional steps required to qualify through the training provider allow you to reflect on your progress and focus on important aspects of the job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Given current circumstances all socials have been virtual however there are plenty of opportunities to bond with your team on non-work related matters
