Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I’m an aircraft maintenance engineer; I’m learning how to maintain a range of aircraft within British Airway’s fleet. Maintenance includes; inspections, servicing and defect rectification. I get exposure to a range of different Airbus and Boeing aircraft when rotating around the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme and I love coming into work.

I have learnt many new skills and also developed my existing skills. Not only have I developed my technical skills but also my communication skills as well as my confidence.
