What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very intense and competitive they seem like a very powerful employer. They keep denying a lack of support during training but this is a huge complaint beyond just one person.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Teach First
Prepare throughly do work experience for multiple charities helping children from disadvtanged backgrounds in second year. They say its not competitive and what type of experience you have doesn't matter as long as you developed skills. This isn't true I got rejected from a taster course once until I re-applied with experience from one of their partner charities.
