Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role includes leading a shift and developing and giving knowledge to the team. I do medication rounds on shift and assist with personal care. I also have a lot of paper work to do including monthly reviews. I also have to contact professionals outside the community if any problems
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme that I’m on a lot. It have gave me more knowlage and confidence in regards to my job role. It has also thought me many things I didn’t know and has helped me with my day to day tasks I do in my workplace

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot more about the job role that I do and I have gained more knowledge on exiting subjects that I have already got experience in. I have also gained more maths skills and more confidence around maths and have found better ways to attempt any questions.

Why?
Amazing team work and amazing staff on reminiscence. Residents are all amazing snd the staff work so hard and they love each of the residents. Amazing support on reminiscence for people who live with dementia
