Yes, I have learn a lot of soft skills (i.e. writing an appropriate email to a client) and a lot of technical skills.

A lot. They always ensure I am up to date with everything.

When it comes to reviews, there is a lot of support. However, the support when actually doing the work is minimal.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It definitely helps me to perform better in my role as I am able to learn technical points and apply them to my job.
