I manage apprenticeship enrolments, calling new applicants and getting them ready for their enrolment, ensuring that their eligible for the course and that they know all about their course how its delivered and assessed throughout.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very i was unsure at the beginning bit old to start something new but looking forward to the EPA now.

Loads from my line manager and tutor, any problems i can send an email, call and ask others from the delivery team.

I use it everyday being a manager/mentor to my team understanding how to go about daily tasks and ensuring my team feel safe and secure in the tasks they are requested to do and support if they feel unsure about life issues.
