Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I organise, inspire, coach and support every member of the team to do their best for every guest, every day. As well as championing great service in my shift briefs and debriefs, I play an active role in delivering it myself.
I take payments, keep personal data safe, and make sure any complaints are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.
I bring proven experience of shift leadership in a customer facing environment.
Both a leader and a team player, I'm highly organised yet flexible, with excellent problem-
solving skills and I have a flair for coaching others.
I have excellent IT skills as I use a range of systems.
I really care about our guests.
I'm committed to my colleagues too, and I work hard for them.
Crucially, I always strive to be the best in everything I do.
