Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Answer phone calls to clients. prepare meeting packs for advisors. contact other providers for mutual clients policy information. opening posts scanning and sending to the relevant team member. Writing birthday cards. Letters to clients. Withdrawals and Encashments with admin centre. Chasing on going work with Admin.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy all the programme some modules are harder but with a tutor that helps it makes everything flow and works well for me.

yes I have learnt ways of copying under stress and time management and better communication skills.

very easy structure to follow and is structured correctly

i receive as much support as I ask for some months more than others depending on tasks i have to complete by the end of the month

One meeting per month via video call at the moment due to Covid-19 and also constant email communications when struggling.
