The role involves getting exposure to the sector and to different deals going on. As a junior the main tasks are processing information and numbers and preparing slides for clients.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere at Nomura is very nice everyone being very friendly and really open to help. In addition, they organise different talks so you can get to know new people and expand your network.
