Very much - the team is very friendly and helpful, and everyone is very willing to help and teach new skills.

Yes - report writing skills, communication skills tailored to audience, tax technical skills etc

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured - the company organises plenty of internal training for development purposes,and also paces the examinations very well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty of support - people are there to help where needed, though as with large firms, there is generally a bit of unnecessary bureaucracy when there are questions, voicing complaints etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Sufficient - the teachers/lecturers know their subject and are generally available where there are questions. However, I have experienced 2 instances where several training materials have been omitted. Plenty of pushback when requesting for these to be sent again.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very helpful in the technical aspects of my role - and also introduces me to other aspects of tax I was not aware of!
