my role is answering calls from customer, and helping them with any query's or problems they may have with sky package and also making sure i offer the best products available so customer is getting the best value with ourselves

sky offer lots of out of work activities, such as fun days like dressing up for st patricks day they also have a gym and work out classes.

Why?
because it is a fun welcoming enviroment and there is lots of support within my own team and even with other employees everyone is friendly and wants to help each other

be confident and prepare well for interview my researching the company its self
during the interview be yourself and have fun everyone is so welcoming and you will gain experience so quickly even within in the training
