I am a customer service advisor with sky. I am part of the tech team that deals with solving customer issues that can be Broadband and tv issues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as it allows me to gain valuable on the job experience as well as learning how to give the best service.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to communicate a lot better on the phone and how to empathise with customers a lot better.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme could do with a bit more time to do our studies. It is quite hard to find the time to balance the job and the learning side.

I have received a lot of support from my employer. There is always someone available to answer any questions i have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i have a monthly meeting with them and they are always available to email if we have any queries

This give me a lot of information and help as I came from a non customer facing role so everything is new to me. This gives me a lot of information that i can use when on the calls

Yes the team at sky arrange things. These are done virtually at the moment. This included bongos bingos and quizzes
