To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i have enjoyed it a lot. if i am keeping busy and have work to do then i will get my head down and complete the work. i enjoy the new side to every placement ive been having and the people i have worked with i have got on great with.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt many skills and i am understanding how the business is linked and i am using the skills i learn and transferring them over to every other placement i am in. i have been getting extra training externally to help with my knowledge.

I receive a moderate amount of support from my employer when i need it. i dont need it very often but when i do i get help.

i recieve a lot of help and its very good, whenever i need to speak to him he arranges a day where we can come in and get what is needed to be done.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel as though it has helped a bit as it makes me think about all aspects whenever i complete a job no matter where i am

yeah there is, when there is a new one up and open to join the company alerts us straight away as to make sure no one misses out.
